Refund policy

RETURNS & REFUNDS

At Ndeko Studio, every piece is handmade in Montréal and will naturally have its own character. Slight variations in shape, glaze, colour and finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. No two pieces are exactly alike — that’s the point.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition.

To request a return, please contact us before sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Because our ceramics are fragile, returned pieces must be carefully packaged. Ndeko Studio cannot be responsible for items damaged during return shipping.

Made-to-order & personalized pieces

Made-to-order, custom and personalized pieces are created specifically for you and are therefore final sale, except if they arrive damaged or there is an error with your order.

Please note that made-to-order pieces may vary slightly from product photos due to the handmade nature of our work.

Damaged orders

If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review the issue and, when applicable, offer a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
